The Student Development Workshop (SDW) is a funded* annual skill training event hosted by the Southern African Archaeology Student Council (SAASC). Students will get the opportunity to learn new skills, network with others, present their research, and participate in interesting activities. The invitation is open to senior undergraduates and post-graduate studies planning to or currently studying archaeology, palaeosciences and heritage studies. Notably, the workshop will be hosted in English

Valid passport (i.e., does not expire within six months of the travel date) required for non-South African participants
*Funded: Accommodation, meals and selected travel costs from within the SADC region are provided for all participants.
**Earlier application date selected to help keep travel costs down allowing more SADC applicants
