Student Development Workshop

Join us for the 2025 Student Development Workshop (SDW), taking place 6-10 December 2025 at the Skukuza Science Leadership Initiative Campus, Kruger National Park, South Africa. This exciting annual event brings together students of archaeology, palaeosciences, and heritage studies to sharpen skills, share research, and connect with peers in one of Africa’s most inspiring settings.

What You Need to Apply

  1. Updated CV

  2. Letter of Motivation (max. 350 words) – Tell us about:

    • Why you want to participate and what you hope to gain

    • Any leadership, teamwork, or academic achievements that stand out

    • Your long-term goals and how the SDW can help you reach them

  3. Proof of registration (or a copy of your degree certificate)

  4. One letter of recommendation
